RISK

items purchased from Voguish 1 are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This
means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our
delivery to the carrier.

descriptions. However, Voguish 1 does not warrant that product descriptions or
other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or
error-free. If a product offered by Voguish 1 itself is not as described, your
sole remedy is to contact us to discuss the situation and determine the best

APPLICABLE
LAW

dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Voguish 1 or its

DISPUTES
Any
dispute relating in any way to your visit to Voguish 1 or to products you
purchase through Voguish 1 shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in
the appropriate jurisdiction, except that, to the extent you have in any manner
violated or threatened to violate Voguish 1 intellectual property rights, Voguish
1 may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state, federal or
national court in the relevant jurisdiction, and you consent to exclusive
jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall
be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the relevant jurisdiction. The
arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any
court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable
law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration
involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class
arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
SITE
POLICIES, MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY

posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Voguish 1. We
reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions
of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void,
or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and
shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
CONSUMER
PROTECTION SERVICES
Consumer
protection services include “authentic description of commodity”, “7 days no reason
to return or change”, “twice price compensation for one fake product” and
“Authentic Guarantee”.

Authentic description of commodity: when buying purchase commodities, consumers
can apply for compensation if the commodities are not consistent with sellers’
description.
(2) 7
days no reason to return or change: if the consumer does not want the commodity
within 7 days after signing for it, the seller is obliged to provide services
of changing or returning.
(3)
Twice price compensation for one fake product: if a consumer finds that a
commodity is fake after buying it, he/she can apply for twice price compensation.
(4)
Authentic Guarantee: the seller promises to provide the service of “Authentic
Guarantee” to make consumers feel secure during the purchase.
Rights
and Obligations
(1)
The Merchant is obligated to choose high-quality commodities so as to reduce
the compensation percentage and maintain reputation of Voguish 1 as well as its
merchants.
(2)
Signing on this agreement means that the Merchant approves and will abide by
this agreement.
